This Privacy Policy describes how Orex Network ("we", "us", or "the app") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. By using the app, you agree to the practices described below.

Account information — the username and email address you provide when you create an account.
App activity — your in-app ORX balance, mining sessions, reward claims, and referral activity (the referral code you use and the friends who join with your code).
Device & notification tokens — a push notification token so we can send you reminders and updates.
Advertising identifiers — collected by Google AdMob and its mediation partners to show advertisements (see "Third-Party Services" below).

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account and keep you signed in.
To operate the mining, rewards, and referral features.
To send push notifications, such as reminders to start mining.
To display advertisements that help keep the app free.
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party services that may process your data under their own privacy policies:

Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database, Cloud Messaging) — stores your account and app data and delivers notifications. Firebase Privacy

Ad mediation partners — Unity Ads (Privacy) and Liftoff Monetize (Privacy) may serve ads through AdMob mediation and use your advertising ID.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with the third-party services listed above as needed to operate the app, or when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account and app data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your associated data is removed from our active database.

6. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing us at support@orex.network. We will process your request within a reasonable time.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including Google Firebase's secured infrastructure, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
